Returns & Refunds Policy

See our policies below. We expect that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund. To request a return or refund, email us at: jeff@cleanawerx.om.au

  1. Returns
    You have 30 days to return your item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase to eligible for a return.
  2. Refunds
    If you are not entirely satisfied with your product or believe it is faulty, you can send the product back to Cleanawerx Australia and request a refund. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If you return is approved, you will receive the credit funds within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies and procedures.
  3. Shipping
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Policy

Cleanawerx Australia uses Australia Post for all shipments. Freight charges are covered by the purchaser. If you require a delivery option outside of the available options, please contact us at jeff@cleanawerx.com.au

We will ship your items our as soon as possible, however this will not always be the same day of your order. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted on the item description on our eShop. Due to the unique nature of our products, we are not always in stock. Sold Out items will be marked on our eShop. You can place sold out items on back order. You will be contacted with updates on product available and expected delivery. If you have enquiries about the lead time of an item, you can contact us at jeff@cleanawerx.com.au.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email shortly after, confirming your order. If you don’t receive an email, check your spam or junk folder. This confirmation email is important, as it contains information regarding the delivery of your order and tracking information.
